RANT to litter. When I moved to Seattle 30 years ago, I proudly told my family in the Midwest how clean and pristine the streets and byways were here. Unfortunately, that is no longer true. It is disappointing to see the increase in litter around the city. Shame on those who contribute to this decline in our community’s cleanliness.
